Aura Radio: an online radio station made with AI, with Andalusia at its heart
What Aura Radio is
Aura Radio is an online radio station that broadcasts live, around the clock, without cuts and without having to sign up. All the music is original, created with artificial intelligence and directed by a single producer. The styles run from flamenco chill, blues and rock to indie, electronic, chill-out, cinematic and urban music.
The programme changes through the day, with energetic mornings, calm afternoons, evening drinks and soft nights, and it plays in any browser or installed as an app on your phone.
We say openly how it is made: the music is generated with AI tools (mainly Suno), the voices on the podcasts and news bulletins are synthetic, and the direction, selection and publishing are done by a person. No human musicians play on these recordings.
What is in English and what is not
Aura Radio is produced in Spanish, so most of it is in Spanish. This section collects what you can enjoy in English, and points out what you cannot read without a translation.
- Music: most songs are sung in Spanish and many are instrumental. An instrumental needs no translation, and the live stream is the same for everyone.
- Podcast: Sounds of Spain is an English-language podcast about flamenco, Andalusia and Spanish music. The episodes are listed below.
- Stories behind the songs: the blog is written in Spanish. Your browser can translate it, and the music plays whatever language you read.
- Interactive tools: the piano, the sound lab and the map have a Spanish interface for now. The English pages here explain what each one does and what its buttons are called.

Frequently asked questions
Is Aura Radio free to listen to?
Yes. The live stream plays in your browser and does not require an account.
Is the music made by people or by AI?
By AI. The music is generated with AI tools, mainly Suno, and directed, selected and published by one producer. Each symphony page explains how it was made and what the AI did and did not deliver.
Can I read the song stories in English?
Not yet in this section. The stories are written in Spanish; your browser’s built-in translation works well on them, and the songs play without any text.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the browser. You can also install Aura Radio as an app from your phone’s browser menu.
